The food was good with the exception of the salmon that was grilled and burnt and overdone. The burnt provided a bitter taste. The staff took it off the bill and brought us dessert. I appreciated the kindness concerning the upset. The restaurant was loud with the live music. They could have brought the sound down a notch. The ambiance was lovely. The server and manager was attentive and lovely.

Pimento Kitchen in Minneapolis is a must-try! I had the chicken curry, and the spice level was just right—full of flavor with the perfect kick.
