The restaurant was really nice and the food was delicious. We were seated on time with our reservation and the service was great.

The customer service alone was a 10/10! From the waitress, busmen, manager & bartenders everyone was kind. We came to celebrate my mother’s birthday & the staff made my family feel so special. Thank you all for your accommodations, friendliness & genuine concern. The food & drinks was also amazing. The food was hot & everyone’s order was correct. If you need to celebrate any occasion make sure you do it at Puerto Plata Seafood on the Water!

Pleasantly surprised for my first time at Toto’s. Tony provided great service. Didn’t know when walking up to the restaurant what to expect. But A++

Carlos m great server but they make you do prefix menu 7 or more

Got the calamari for an app and we got 2 of the salmon. Everything was so delicious. Will definitely come back.
