We have one major focus: the popular German street food - schnitzel. We also have wursts made by local German meat market legend, Binkert's (Rosedale, MD). Other partnerships include a Black Forest Ice Cream Sandwich by Scoop & Paddle (Clarksville, MD).We use fresh meats and vegetables, never frozen. The pretzels are made by hand by an Army vet who learned to make pretzels in Germany after his service. The sauces are made from scratch. Our cocktail program features both popular and obscure German spirits. The wine program consists of small-production family-owned wineries in Germany and Austria. Beer offerings include a healthy diet of imported German beers and local breweries who make German-style brews. We had a wonderful experience at the Loch Bar. We were celebrating an anniversary and were greeted with complementary champagne. The service was great and the food was delicious!

We had dinner last night at The Prime Rib. Simply fabulous...The food was delicious, prepared exactly as we requested. The atmosphere was filled with light jazz. All that being said, the service was second to none! Nathan waited on us and he could not have been more professional and kind. He treated us like family. We could not recommend The Prime Rib more highly and be sure to ask for Nathan!!

I wish I remembered her name cause she was lovelyyyy!!! Service was great! Super comfortable seated table by the window w water views- bonus. Food was beautiful plated and delicious! Compliments to the Chef! I think the manager was hosting (great dress choice)- also lovely. PS. The entrance is inside the hotel don’t want around outside trying to figure out the entrance :)

We had fun popping in to watch the Ravens/Steelers game. Lots of people cheering on their teams, great food and a terrific waitress!
