The restaurant is named after America’s most famous founding father, Benjamin Franklin. While he was pinnacle in America’s birth, he also became the first ambassador to France. While on trips to Paris, he would wine and dine with the best of them and when he returned, he would bring back the French culture, food and wine, and share it with our new nation. Dishes like Potato Lyonnaise and Crème Brulée were the first of his favorites he shared with America. The Benjamin reflects that bridged gap between the two countries’ cultures. Great service and the food was very nice. Everything came at us pretty quickly and we ate too much too soon but that was our fault. Salad bar food was good and the meat and pineapple that kept coming around was delicious

Came here with family including a well behaved 2 year old. The menu has something for everyone. Service is top notch. This restaurant is starting to become our go to when dining out with family and friends.
