My husband and I spent a month in Mexico City eating in a different restaurant from the Michelin Guide each evening. Migrante was by far the best. The atmosphere is lovely, the waitstaff is excellent and the food is inventive, beautifully presented, reasonably priced, and delicious.

Innovative delicious food. Small menu, but I’ve visited twice and the food pops. Tonight I had a delicious, tender lamb main course and the crudités, which is actually roasted Brussels sprouts with some endive. Yum.

Cenamos muy rico. Sí lo recomiendo. Los platillos bien elaborados, diferentes. El churro me sorprendió, muy bueno. El chamorro también deli, grande, para compartir. Muy buenos los tacos. La música un poco fuerte. Íbamos con mi suegra y le costaba mucho trabajo escucharnos. La selección musical no nos gustó. Fue lo único.

Me encantó que me dejaron hacer reservación por Open Table en sábado (no todos los restaurantes permiten reservación a las 2:30pm en sábado). Los meseros muy atentos y amables y la comida muy ligera y deliciosa. Nos encantó pedir varios platos al centro para compartir y midieron muy bien los tiempos y acompañamientos.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Ciena. The products are so fresh, a seemingly farm to table experience. The ambiance is charming, with windows and outside flowing inside. The waits staff are all friendly and informed. Thank goodness no music blasts over noisy diners, so one can enjoy a pleasant conversation over dinner. We started with a delicious draft IPA, then enjoyed splitting the quinoa and roasted squash and vegetables with a delicious lemon dressing topped with hummus ( though we thought it tasted more like babaganoush. Fabulous.) I had the fried chicken with mascarpone and spices on the side, dressed with micro greens and lemon. Wonderful. My hubby had the roast beef sandwich. Yummy and of high quality roast beef.
