República is a tasting menu-only restaurant. We offer a 7-course menu at $128 or a 10-course menu at $150 per person. Dependable, consistent excellence from the cuisine to the staff. Menu offers a nice variety and drinks are spot on. They offer dinner and wine specials on Friday-Sunday. I’ve had most of the items on the menu. Menu changed up by a few offerings seasonal which is nice too. Staff are very responsive and attentive even when full-which is most nights. My advice is -give them a try because once you do you will find yourself being a regular. We are foodies and frugal. However when the meal is this good-it’s money well spent. ♥️.

Inventive, seasonal food in a thoughtfully designed space. My husband and I really enjoyed our meal and our wines. The carrots and celery root scallops were the highlights! This is definitely the kind of restaurant you want to visit every season to see what new delights they've dreamed up. Highly recommend!
