FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. FOUR connects to 2 Spring by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris which links it to the old industrial building. Cellars running under all three structures hold kitchens, wine cellars & services for the dining areas.Due to the integrity of the menu, dietary preferences/aversions will not be accommodated.     Went to Opus for the first time tonight & We had such a phenomenal experience! Christian in valet was super quick & careful. Tim, the sommelier , was super friendly/ welcoming, helpful with getting our reservation & made us feel like we had been regulars! We also go to witness his skill with Identifying wines. Henry was our waiter and he was the best- super personable, and knowledge about the menu- offered great suggestions for wine pairing with the sushi special. Chef Jason even came out and we recognized each other from a different event- he went above & beyond. We had a 10/10 experience and can’t wait to go back. Thanks to the whole team at Opus!

    Our dinner at The Bryant was excellent, starting with a perfect martini , burrata appetizer and fried calamari with two dipping sauces. My steak frites was cooked and sliced perfectly and the lasagna bolognese was excellent. Service was wonderful and I look forward to my next meal there.

    Restaurant is in the hotel we are staying at. Very convenient! Food was Tasty. Service was excellent .
