Food was absolutely terrific. We ate the brisket and the hamburger. The fries and the coleslaw were incredible. The price including dessert and drinks was only a bit more than a famous place down the way and this was so much better

We went on Valentines night, which I’m sure is a challenge for any restaurant, but everything was perfect. Seated us on time, food and service were great. You do have to valet park here (was only $10 before tip) if you don’t try to find your own parking, but even that on such a busy night was really good. This is one of our go to restaurants and often bring our out-of-town family and friends here.

Our server was attentive without being intrusive, and their passionate knowledge of each dish enhanced our dining experience. The elegant atmosphere and open kitchen add to the theatrical experience of watching the chefs work their magic over the flames. Without hesitation, this was the best meal we've had in Austin.
