Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. We got the chef’s menu and loved the variety, creativity and yumminess of everything served. We also loved our server who was attentive, fun, and generous. The hostess was so lovely and welcoming and helpful. It was a fantastic date night!

Really enjoyed the food - we keep coming back. Restaurant is loud. It could use some acoustic dampening. Looking forward to the Woodinville site opening.

The food was excellent. The flavor combinations of each course were well thought out and I love how they source food locally. Service was fabulous as well. We went for our anniversary and it was truly a special evening.
