Classic comfort cooking takes center stage thanks to a fire engine red rotisserie that roasts all manner of proteins. It’s chicken that’s the star here: served in quarter, half or whole portions, accompanied by classic sides basted in jus. A decidedly adventurous wine and cocktail list rounds out the menu. The best restaurant in Vancouver in my opinion, taking into consideration all the factors such as quality of ingredients, level of cooking, service and professionalism of people working there, ambience! We just had a Chef’s menu and a wine paring to it. Amazing! As usual though.

Dinner was perfect. Food and wine were delicious as usual. Chicken, brisket and ribs - so good. Stand out for the night was the exceptional service. We can’t think of a better experience. 21 years living in Vancouver and this was hands down the best dining experience. Thanks to the whole team - with special thanks to our server for making my birthday the best night out.

We were celebrating birthday party of my friend. Staff made it very memorable with birthday card and complimentary desert to share and a candle. the experience was very enjoyable. my friend also enjoyed very flavorful non-alcoholic cocktail.
