True to its name, the Chef’s Table feels gloriously indulgent, inviting lucky diners on a hedonistic journey encapsulating Antonio Pérez’s life in Puerto Rico and his culinary career across South America, Europe, and Asia. The themed-driven five-course menu changes monthly along with its wine pairing. Do not reserve a number of diners higher than desired, in our kitchen everything is prepared for all confirmed reservations, as such, we will regard it as a no show who has failed to comply with the reservation.
