FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. FOUR connects to 2 Spring by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris which links it to the old industrial building.     Our dinner at Opus was fantastic. Felipe was an attentive and accommodating server. The lamb meatballs and crispy rice appetizers were both very delicious. For our entree we went with the Australian Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye special, which was presented beautifully and cooked perfectly. The flavor was out of this world. The creamed spinach and roasted garlic mashed potatoes complimented the steak well. Overall we had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning.

    The food is outstanding. Creative and flavorful. The wild boar was a special and fantastic. The smoked scallops on the regular menu is such an amazing dish, a must try. Also really loved the crispy baby artichokes-definitely get it with the prosciutto.

    I looooveeee Lena! Ambiance, food, staff, everything! The only thing is that they take a little* too long when it comes to the drinks!
