Located at Atherton Mill in Charlotte's historic South End neighborhood, Indaco (Italian for "indigo") serves Italian cuisine. Sister restaurant Zinicola, located in Ballantyne, has been a success in bringing authentic Italian food to the area, and Chef Richard hopes to bring that to the Lower Southend (LoSo) area.
