He then moved back to the NW and began his culinary career as a Banquet Chef at the Multnomah Athletic Club. Since then, he has worked in various positions at multiple restaurants including Morton’s The Steakhouse, Salishan Lodge and Brand Chef at Stanford’s. One of the best meals of my life and I’ve traveled pretty extensively across the globe. I was honestly blown away to find this restaurant in my backyard here in Portland. We came tonight on a recommendation of a friend and I kid you not, from the very first dish (salad) to the last (tiramisu), the hits did not stop hitting. Every single flavor tonight blew our minds and were perfectly laid out. We will come back again and again!

Amazing service, and food was outstanding. We did the 10-course meal, and wine pairing. Well worth it. The dishes were beautiful to look at, and the flavor profiles were varied and so well thought out. The history of the food and wine was an added bonus. If looking for a special occasion place this, is it.

The wine list is interesting, concentrating on great Italian wines you might not have heard of (but should) at really fair prices. The food is fantastic reginonal Italian-influened cooking and excellently prepared. What a lovely mix of sophisticated cooking, great wines, and sincere service. Adding to our regulars list for sure.
