Indian Zing restaurant in Hammersmith has won rave reviews its modern, light yet robustly-flavoured Indian food. Indeed, it’s one of Fay Maschler’s Top Five Indian restaurants. Formerly Deputy head chef at Chutney Mary and Head Chef at Veeraswamy, chef-proprietor Manoj Vasiakar has got the traditional / contemporary mix right on the money. Deciding what to have is agony – so make your mates promise to share, then start with Prawn and Aubergine Kharkhatla and move on to the delicately-spiced Fish Shirale (cooked in coconut milk and finished with onion and tomato masala) or the crackingly good Duck Chettinad. With spot-on service, elegantly relaxed surroundings and very reasonable prices, this Indian will make your heart Zing.

Cibo ottimo, ambiente super. Menù degustazione di selvaggina superbo. Cena di anniversario per il secondo anno di seguito. Ci torneremo ancora!

Scelto per caso, si è rivelato una scelta vincente. Personale molto attento, nonostante il locale fosse pieno. Cibo e cocktail molto Buoni (un po’ di alcool in più non guasterebbe) . Poi se vai in un locale dove in sottofondo c’e’ la musica latina con i cappelli messicani diventa una combinazione vincente. Consigliato
