Mehr als eine Stunde nach der Bestellung war keines der Essen gebracht worden, nur zwei weit überteuerte gemischte Salate (je 9,50 €). Anstelle eines bestellten Weizenbieres wurde eine Flasche Pellegrino, 15 min nach der Bestellung, gebracht. Erst auf meine ausdrückliche Reklamation hin, wurde das Bier nach weiteren 10 min gebracht. Da das Essen auch nach dem Verzehr des Salates noch nicht gebracht worden war, habe ich die Essensbestellung storniert, das Konsumierte bezahlt, und wir drei Gäste haben das Lokal verlassen, ohne eine Entschuldigung seitens des Fellini gehört zu haben. Diese Behandlung von Gästen war eine Katastrophe, die wir keinem anderen Wünschen. Auch nur einen Stern zu vergeben, wäre hier zu viel.

Obwohl wir reseviert hatten, war nicht explizit ein Tisch für uns vorgesehen . Wir konnten auswählen. Der Ober war etwas unterkühlt, aber freundlich. Essen schmackhaft, was man bei diesen Preisen auch erwarten durfte.

Sehr guter und schneller Service. Die Pizza war sehr lecker und gut aufgebacken, der Rand wird sehr groß! Das Ambiente war sehr angenehm. Eignet sich auch für größere Gruppen.

Service, Getränke und Essen haben und gut gefallen und wir würden bestimmt wieder einmal hier Station machen. Leider hatten wir wenig Zeit und der Hauptgang ließ nach der Vorspeise überraschend lange auf sich warten. Nachdem wir nachgefragt hatten wurde unser Hauptgang sofort zubereitet. Scheinbar lässt man dort bewusst etwas Zeit verstreichen für einen entspannten Abend. Wer es eilig hat sollte es also sofort kommunizieren.

Immer wieder gerne vor oder nach dem Kino im Atelier am Bollwerk! Das Essen schmeckt konstant gut, die Portionen sind genau richtig, das Ambiente stilvoll. Die große Fensterfront ist der Vor- und Nachteil. Im Sommer warm, im Winter kühl, jeweils passend sollten Sie sich in der Nähe des Pizzaofens setzen oder auch nicht. Wermutstropfen ist der Geruch der Kleider am nächsten Tag, wenn die Wahl auf einen Platz in der Nähe des Pizzaofens gefallen ist. Die Wartezeiten können bisweilen lang sein. Ich finde es ohnehin bemerkenswert, wie gut es mit der schmalen Besetzung selbst bei Vollauslastung klappt.
