   Well located restaurant with a varied menu. Unfortunately, even though it wasn’t busy....we sat around waiting for quite a while & then having ordered it took quite some time for our sashimi & sushi to arrive. When the vegetable Katsu curry turned up it was lukewarm at best & had t go back, also the miso soup was just warm. We had good expectations for Feng Sushi.....but the experience didn’t meet our hopes. Must have just been unlucky 😩

   Great value sushi and lots of veggie options although obviously at these prices it’s not going to be the freshest stuff you’ve had. Nevertheless we are repeat offenders as it’s easy to fix that sushi craving without breaking the bank. Service can be quite slow as staff seem to be constantly dealing with takeaway orders which is a shame.

   The food took ages, it was cold in there, the waitress was clearly new. She was sweet but terrible. She didnt come over once in the 20mins after we had finished our food, and there didnt seem to be anyone there to help her. We had to ask twice, till she did it. The food was nice but nothing special.

   Went there for a family lunch as we were in the neighbourhood - we had a late lunch but still were surprised that only 2 tables (including ours) were taken, service was prompt but somewhat detached. Otherwise, the food is pleasant but with no sparkle, udon portions are massive.

   The food is always impeccable and my girlfriend and I love the cosy vibrancy of the restaurant. The staff are always smiling and incredibly hospitable. Thank you for the delicious meal and we shall certainly be back there soon!

   Poor service- after telling the waitress I had a tastecard I was immediately told I was required to have a booking and therefore could not dine; baring in mind there was 1 other person in the restaurant at the time. I did however have a booking and showed it and was told it wasn't on the system.. I almost felt as though I was looked down on for this. The food was at a poor standard and did not taste nice. I have been to the Hammersmith branch many times; the food has been beautiful and service has been lovely. I will not be going back not would I recommend this branch to anyone.
