Local farms and waters are the inspiration for this New American restaurant that focuses on creating menus using ingredients that change with each season. American micro-brews and wines are carefully selected to pair with each dish our chef creates. Enjoy our House-Infused Artisan Cocktails, made with seasonal purees and fresh squeezed juices, while overlooking the Long Island Sound on either the seasonal outdoor patio, upstairs seating or cozy lounge. Established in 2004 in Greenport, this top-rated restaurant for both food and service moved in Spring 2008 to Port Jefferson harbor.

    We had our Christmas Eve dinner at the Fifth Season. I received a call ahead of time inquiring about food allergies which was necessary for our party. We sat upstairs (notified in advance that we would be seated upstairs) and the room was lively and festive. The menu had something for everyone (including vegan options) even though it was a holiday menu. Our waitress was aware of the food allergy issues and double checked some of the items ordered. She was wonderful! Our meals were delicious from start to finish! All in all a special holiday experience!

    So glad we dined at the Fifth Season for Christmas Eve. The service was excellent and the presentation of our meals was lovely and delicious. We’ve dined there several times over the years and they never disappoint!

    This was our first Christmas Eve at Fifth Season. We have been trying different restaurants for Chritmas Eve over the years, and none provided the service or food quality that we experienced last night. Our server, Vinny, was fun, attentive, and professional. The quail was perfectly done as was the halibut and duck. Thank you so much, and Merry Christmas. We will definitely be back!

    Food, service and ambiance were all spectacular. We went for Christmas Eve. The menu had so many delicious choices. Some of the best food I ever had. The filet mignon was like butter. The halibut was perfectly cooked and seasoned perfectly. Can’t wait to go back.

    Pre-fixe menu is very good value and is available from 5-6 on Friday night. The burger was well prepared nd available with several options. The soup special…..a ginger butternut squash…..was delicious and light. The short ribs were “okay” and the sea bass diner was a litttle dry as the gravy/sauce was under the fish filet rather than on top.
