   Food is overpriced. The price for prime rib were high and the piece of meat was very fatty. Also the music is really loud. We were there for Easter and we were sat in the bar area and not the main room. The music was blasting. Also it took forever to get a server. I had to go up to the hostess station and finally the bartender was assigned to our table.

First of all, I must apologize that we did not make your family outing on Easter Sunday memorable, as it should have been. I wish I had known that you were not happy with your table seating and food, as I could have easily corrected both of them for you at that time. As you will see from other reviews for the restaurant, your experience with us was most certainly the exception, not the norm, from other guests. I truly wish that we had made this a better visit for you, and I am sorry. If you do find your way back with us again, please be sure to let me know you are here so that I can make sure that you leave as a raving fan!    Terrific service; good food at fair prices; beautiful decor; moderate noise levels. Would recommend this restaurant; will certainly return myself and bring friends.

   This is a great place. Love variety in menu. Just a few things could be better. My DK was flat. No biggie. Spinach dip was luke warm not hot. Server was very polite and friendly. French fries are no longer made from scratch but truffle fries are 20? They were dry and starchy couldn't taste truffle oil. My prime rib was gorgeous small piece but I had one bite and wrapped it. Was very tight texture , not tender at all. Ate too tough. Rest of table enjoyed sushi rolls. My son had BBQ ribs and enjoyed them. I love the atmosphere and menu so I'd go back but bill was quite high just didn't meet mark for price but then again nobody is putting out top notch food in jersey cheese days.

   Patrick and his staff were amazing, as always. His daughters work with him and assist in Ensuring everything is running smoothly. Patrick does his very best never to lose a customer. I have noticed this on many many occasions, he is gracious and although a group may have walking on a Saturday pm @ 7 demanding a table, Patrick always manages to keep everyone happy and satisfy everyone's requests. It is an art and very obvious he has been in the hospitality industry, in management levels for quite some time. He is an asset to F&O, and all of Upper Saddle River patrons or those that have been to F@O speak so highly of Patrick, and enjoys being there on days they know he is working. He keeps a tight eye on tables and guests and ensures people are well taken care of.

   Amazing time was had . Oliver was our waiter and was excellent. Very busy night but he still managed to get our drinks and apps out very fast. Abe was making drinks & those drinks were delicious. He was on top of removing all the dirty cups from on top of bar super quick. Highly recommend!! Will be back soon.
