                                                                                                                                                                Waited 90 minutes for our order. New server didn’t share anything about the delay. Manager did apologize and offered our party a free dessert and told us a “huge” party caused the delay after our food finally arrived . We have always liked this restaurant before and while the food remains good—service was lacking. Every restaurant has a tough night. I hope it’s an isolated incident.

                                                                                                                                                                We did not care for the escargot or the carpaccio. However the she soup, filet, broiled lobster, crab cakes and all the sides were to die for. Our waiter was very attentive, he did get very busy, but we were still taken care of very well. Thank you for a fabulous diner.

                                                                                                                                                                This was not our first time to Fire Fly, but the food, the service, the atmosphere, was top notch and we enjoyed everything. Andrew was top-notch and helped us with ordering, gave us ideas we didn't consider, and made sure our glasses never went past half empty. If you have not experienced this treat on Panama City Beach FL, you are missing out

                                                                                                                                                                We went to FireFly specifically for the Lobster & atmosphere. At 7:30 pm the atmosphere was amazing, but they were out of Lobster. We ended up ordering the grilled grouper and Caesar salad with lump Blue Crab. The food was delicious and we would highly recommend it to anyone. If you’re wanting Lobster, it may be advisable to reserve ahead of time…

The she crab soup and crab cakes were our favorites! The key lime pie is a must!

Everyone was very attentive making sure the dining experience was great . Keep up the great work and the staff were all very friendly .

                                                                                                                                                                We made our reservation four months in advance for New Year’s Eve. We were seated in the Tree Room, a very beautiful and spacious area, perfect for ending the year and celebrating our mother’s birthday. The service and attention from the waitstaff were exceptional. The food was very good, and the bill was reasonable. Great value for money. An excellent experience. Highly recommended.
