   My favorite pizza from anywhere is the Five Bistro Pancetta Pizza. It is excellent! And so is the Caesar Salad. Our waiter was super friendly and efficient. We always dine on the patio, even in the winter.

   We had a lovely experience at Five. Its been several months since we've dined at Five. We were happy with tonights food and our server was great!

   We three gals shared the tasty beet salad, pizza, and yummy chocolate chip cookie ice cream for happy hour on Saturday afternoon. Loren our waiter was fun, professional, and offered tip-top service. A wonderful way to celebrate our being together — I especially enjoyed Loren’s sensitivity to our wanting to chat — not compete with the speaker above our heads. He graciously turned down the music/noise right away! Deeply appreciated this important gesture on his part —

   Good little discovery. Was looking for a nice Edmonds restaurant for a meal before an event. Booked FIVE and thoroughly enjoyed the ambience, the well-conceived menu, and food quality was great.

   I have dined at Five Bistro many times, so obviously I really enjoy the restaurant. This time there was a snafu- I mention it simply because it was handled well and that makes all the difference in the world. My husband and I were seated right away, but were not approached by anyone on the wait staff for even our drink order. Two other groups were seated and we noticed wait staff assisted them right away. My husband got up and located a member of the staff to alert them to the problem and they took our order right away. Apparently our wait person had a personal emergency and had to leave. We got “lost” in the reshuffle of table assignments. The manager came over to personally apologize and our drinks were on the house. Well done! Our waiter was great and the rest of our dinner went smoothly. The food (as always) was outstanding.

   We had reservations and were seated promptly when we arrived. The food was delicious. Definitely order the poblano soup!!!
