Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar is Charleston's Best Waterfront Dining with a focus on local and sustainable produce and seafood. Housed in a 1940s retired naval building on the east side of the Charleston peninsula, Fleet Landing features a fusion of classic and contemporary Southern seafood fare in a setting that celebrates the area's waterfront heritage.

We take reservations and invite you to make them as far in advance as possible, as they fill up weeks in advance. We always invite walk-ins to join the waitlist when you arrive. If there is no availability on OpenTable, we are fully committed for reservations, and you are invited to join the waitlist when you arrive. For groups of 5-10, please give us a call at 843.722.8100. Larger groups are usually booked several weeks in advance. The largest group that we are able to accommodate is 10 guests.

Parking details
Preferred parking is in the flat lot to the left of our building, located in front of the Cruise Terminal at 196 Concord Street, and parking is $5 for guests dining at Fleet Landing (credit card only). The lot is accessible via the sidewalk and our boardwalk. Parking is also available in the city garage across the street and several parking meters on the street. The rate is $2/hr, but parking in either the garage or at a meter is free with a handicapped placard.
Public transit
The Downtown Area Shuttle Waterfront loop runs from Waterfront Park (half a block away from the restaurant) to the Aquarium and the visitor's center every 40 minutes from 9:20-6:00.

Join us on December 5th at 6 pm for an exclusive six-course dining experience at our new Raw Bar. Begin with local oysters, savor each course with expertly paired wines by Curated Selections, and finish with a delightful dessert. Only 16 tickets are available at $150 per person, inclusive of all food, wine, tax, and gratuity. Reservations are required for this special evening featuring local flavors, fine wines, and a look at our new space! Tentative menu includes (subject to change): naked oysters, dressed oysters, grilled oysters, smoked wahoo, cured wahoo, grilled romaine & focaccia, crab cake, grilled deckle and poached wreckfish, and dessert oysters

The food is really good. The hushpuppies were the best I've ever had. But OMG is the restaurant deafeningly loud and super busy. It's like eating in a bus station. The servers were pleasant but so distracted that we spent a lot of time waiting to place our order, get water, point out a problem, get the bill, etc. Maybe the deck would be a less loud option, but definitely not faster.

Food was very good. Waitstaff was very busy when we were there, and it was very noisey. We had been there a number of years ago; the atmosphere has really changed.
