Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar is Charleston's Best Waterfront Dining with a focus on local and sustainable produce and seafood. Housed in a 1940s retired naval building on the east side of the Charleston peninsula, Fleet Landing features a fusion of classic and contemporary Southern seafood fare in a setting that celebrates the area's waterfront heritage.

We take reservations and invite you to make them as far in advance as possible, as they fill up weeks in advance. We always invite walk-ins to join the waitlist when you arrive. If there is no availability on OpenTable, we are fully committed for reservations, and you are invited to join the waitlist when you arrive. For groups of 5-10, please give us a call at 843.722.8100. Larger groups are usually booked several weeks in advance. The largest group that we are able to accommodate is 10 guests.

Parking details
Preferred parking is in the flat lot to the left of our building, located in front of the Cruise Terminal at 196 Concord Street, and parking is $5 for guests dining at Fleet Landing (credit card only). The lot is accessible via the sidewalk and our boardwalk. Parking is also available in the city garage across the street and several parking meters on the street. The rate is $2/hr, but parking in either the garage or at a meter is free with a handicapped placard.
Public transit
The Downtown Area Shuttle Waterfront loop runs from Waterfront Park (half a block away from the restaurant) to the Aquarium and the visitor's center every 40 minutes from 9:20-6:00.

Join us on December 5th at 6 pm for an exclusive six-course dining experience at our new Raw Bar. Begin with local oysters, savor each course with expertly paired wines by Curated Selections, and finish with a delightful dessert. Only 16 tickets are available at $150 per person, inclusive of all food, wine, tax, and gratuity. Reservations are required for this special evening featuring local flavors, fine wines, and a look at our new space! Tentative menu includes (subject to change): naked oysters, dressed oysters, grilled oysters, smoked wahoo, cured wahoo, grilled romaine & focaccia, crab cake, grilled deckle and poached wreckfish, and dessert oysters

She crab soup was more of a bisque and catfish lacked flavor. Disappointed compared to previous dinners over the years.

A gem of a restaurant! Great outdoor seating with harbor views. Staff is very friendly. We had lunch there November 19th on a gorgeous sunny day. We had a baby spinach salad with salmon and a Cobb salad with chicken. Both were presented well and tasted delicious. Topped of the afternoon with a piece of Key Lime pie, all at a very reasonable price. Perfect ending to our 3 day visit to Charleston! Make a reservation to enjoy this great place.

We have been to Fleet Landing 5 or 6 times and will be back. The food, service and location never disappoint. It is a little pricey but absolutely worth the splurge every now and then. We have not had a bad experience there!

Definitely one of those restaurants centered around tourism. A great location on the water but the food is mediocre at best.

Local here… brought my parents here while they were in town. The view is always great and the oysters and crab dip were both great but the cake sandwich and chicken sandwich were both on the dry side and the ceviche needed more citrus.

We were pleased with everything. Our waitress Abby, she was excellent. Very attentive, polite and professional. Food was great and the service was extremely fast. Thanks for a great experience.

Service by David was great. Food was good. Everything was excellent. My only critique would be the music. It was loud and stuck in a genre.

Always a good meal at Fleet Landing. Service was good, and accommodations were as expected from previous visits. Renovations were very nice and now it looks more like a restaurant. Before the facelift, you could actually imagine the troops marching through the dining area. Still noisy, but still a great place to eat.
