Food was incredible and our Server Katarina was absolutely a delight!! a bit noisy as it was a Saturday evening and a few large groups but a very enjoyable evening

We ordered two large filet mignon‘s. One we ordered, medium, the other one medium well. When they came to the table, they were both undercooked. The one that was supposed to be medium well, I gave to my brother who ordered medium. Mine had to go back so he had to start eating or it would get cold. My steak came out and it was still red in the middle. I had to send it back a second time. When I got it back again, it was still not medium well, but edible. They did comp the steak, but they were so salty and over-seasoned. It was just not what I had remembered from Flemmings. Definitely worth the trip over the bridge to go to Del Frisco‘s where we will be going in the future .

Waiter was not good. Never asked if we wanted more drinks. Just walked up and took the empty glasses and never came back. Has to ask for new drinks twice. Also got a strip steak instead of the dry aged ribeye that I ordered. Waiter brought me the receipt that showed I ordered the rib eye and said that he’s worked in steak houses for years and sometimes they come out like a strip steak. That was his solution . I’ve eaten ribeyes for 20 plus years …. It was a strip steak instead. But I just ate it and it was a good strip steak. Not what I ordered but still delicious. Disappointed in the waiter.

We go here often and although we knew it would be crowded we didn’t know we would get completely ignored. When we first walked in the women in the front never even looked up at us and completely ignored us. We gave them a min then went back up to check if she even took our name she said “we are definitely over booked, you have 10 ppl in front of you” that was it. We stepped back then ended up getting seated about 10mins after that. James was our waiter. He was kind and patient and again we knew it would be busy but we felt ignored the entire night. The tomahawk is our fav so of course we got that it was slightly over cooked but tasted good. The mash was definitely dry. We tried to ordered our dessert which is the lava cake. Our fav as well and got told it would take 20 mins. Again, we knew it would be a wait but honestly we looked around and waited to order the dessert for 20 mins, we weren’t going to wait around again. We settled for the brownie which James suggested and it did NOT disappoint. Still our favorite restaurant but for now I think we’ll give it a break. My only suggestion is to not over book and maybe hire employees in the front that have patience.
