   I took my friend for her 87th Birthday. Requested the restaurant upfront to make it special for her. Well they did as we walked in but then the server just took it downhill from there on. She is sweet person but lacked in service. We got our drinks after our appetizer. I asked if they have sparkling water, tho she said she will check, I never heard back from her and ended up ordering a drink. Then the side of Brussels Sprout came midway to my friend’s steak dinner that too we asked the manager who happened to be passing by. We had asked for Lava cake upfront, as it takes 30 minutes to bake. Keeping in mind that our reservation time was 5:30 so we might have ordered Lava cake say latest by 6pm, well at 7:15, we had to ask for it again and didn’t get get it till 7:30 🧐. We had requested hot tea and coffee to be served with Lava cake, well both were cold and old by the time lava cake came. No cleaning of the table in between either. My friend tried to let the manager know as we’re leaving about the service. So overall services was below par that we have come to expect from Flemings. It was a very disappointing dinner due to service. At times like this you stop paying attention to the company, taste of your wonderful meal but start zoning in on the service which was a big Zero ! So unfortunately a big FLOO evening, when it should have been a very special evening for my friend!

   We enjoyed a lovely catch-up lunch with friends from overseas; Leisha and Lucas took great care of us.

   Second year we chose this for Mother's Day special. Staff seemed confused about what special options were available at what times. It seems that whoever did the OpenTable information couldn't have been bothered to post correct details. While these were not deal breakers, it will make me pause before choosing Flemings as a first choice. Price listed on OpenTable for the special mother's day was incorrect, price listed on OpenTable for valet parking was incorrect. It has gotten old with how the younger generations are lazier and lazier about doing a job correctly, such as posting online information and ensuring that all details are correct. Food was great, as it was last year, and service was outstanding.

   Wait time for reservation took a while for them to clean the table. Got seated and waited a while to get bread or to order. Seems like they are short staffed. But service was friendly

   Compared to previous visits for special occasions, sub-par for food and service. Martinis weren’t not correct either.

   The food was terrible. The service was slow and inattentive...serving dessert with full dinner plates on the table. So disappointed for such an expensive lunch.
