For the amount I spent, I expected an amazing experience, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. From the moment we were seated, it took about 45 minutes just to have our order taken. In the 2.5 hours we were there, our server only came by 4 or 5 times—excluding the times to settle the bill and return my card. Dinner as a whole was a disappointment, especially considering the over $500 price tag. I won’t be returning. I’d rather spend a third of the price elsewhere and receive far better customer service. I will say the place looked nice, but good aesthetics don’t make up for poor service. At the end of the day, it felt like all we got was a fancy setting with staff who didn’t seem to care.

The service is always excellent and such an integral part of the experience. Food was spectacular and delicious. The price is high but worth the experience.

Parking was terrible and no valet offered. Kind of disappointed that I was not able to enjoy the bottle of wine I brought with me as Arizona doesn’t allow it. I’m use to Flemings in El Segundo, Ca that charges a corkage fee but you can bring your own bottle. Wine menu was disappointing so had to enjoy dinner without wine. Not a problem we enjoyed the Pellegrino instead.

We’re excited to share that starting March 14th, we will be offering valet service on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays to make visits more convenient for our guests. We also understand your disappointment regarding Arizona’s liquor laws, which unfortunately prevent us from allowing guests to bring their own wine. While we strive to offer a thoughtfully curated wine selection, we appreciate your feedback and will share it with our team as we continue refining our menu.

We had dinner with some friends who came to AZ from MN. Daniel was our server. We have had him as a server before and he is always great. Knowledgeable, attentive and just a great asset to Flemings.

I took my mother there for her 88th birthday. She loved the place, and Steve, our server, was fantastic. The filet was one of the best I have ever had. Thanks for the wonderful night.
