The food was excellent. From the appetizers to our main entree and side dishes. The service was just ok. We had to ask for appetizer plates. There was no ice bucket for our bottle of Chardonnay. And, he just seemed to be preoccupied. In our previous dining experiences, the service has been top notch.

We have enjoyed Flemings for years but this was the worst food we have ever had. It is sad to say the best part of our meal at a steak house was the wedge salad. We ordered the tomahawk steak to share and it was cooked to temperature but was not tender at all. I feel like they changed the lobster Mac too. It was not creamy like we remember and the lobster did not taste fresh. Not worth the high price, we can make steak better and cheaper at home. Disappointing.

it always makes me smile when an unsmiling hostess asks you to wait while she checks if your table is ready when you are right on time and the place is nearly empty at 5.30pm. Anyway, we were eventually shown to our booth, one of many available. Happily Kathryn was great and food as we expected as it’s not the first time we’ve eaten at one of their restaurants.

Great place to celebrate our anniversary! Jordan was absolutely perfect as our waiter and the other staff (so many!) were great and took care of us. Five stars is not enough!

Our food took well over an hour to come to our table. They never brought our salads. The steak was cooked incorrectly. I was expecting more from a place at this caliber.
