   Cibo di ottima qualità. Abbiamo cenato all’esterno e quindi afflitti dal rumore del traffico. Servizio nella media.

   Always very good and consistent food and steak. Very kind and accommodating workers and waiters and food cooked to perfection. Usually not too busy or too loud. Definitely on the podium for best steakhouses in the valley.

   Everything was excellent except my filet. Although it was very tasty, I ordered it medium but it came well done, even though I could see that they cut into it before leaving the kitchen. Everything else was great!

   This was my first time at Fleming’s. I really wanted to like this place but there were a few things that I couldn’t ignore that were the deciding factor whether I would come back. It was a Friday night and my husband and I just wanted to sit at the bar and watch the game. The staff who greeted us at the door was very nice, as was the bartender behind the bar. However once my husband and I sat at the bar we noticed an uncomfortably bright light that was beaming from behind the bar over the sink in the corner. The light was extremely bright and made it difficult for us to sit at the bar. It felt like our cornea’s were being burned. I asked the bartender if he could turn the light off and he said he needed it to see. He kept the light on the entire night. figured this was the reason the entire bar was empty. The light beams over the bar. Thank goodness the seat at the very corner of the bar emptied, we were then able to move chairs to the end of the bar. I ordered the scallops and asparagus and both were overcooked. The scallops were so small and looked old. The asparagus were very small and seemed they were reheated in the microwave. Not a good experience at Fleming’s so unfortunately we will not be back.

   Wish they had not taken the steak and mashed potatoes off the menu. Not enough choices. Probably will not return!

   I have been going to this Flemings location for many, many years. I always have a great meal. I hadn't been in a while and was so pleased by the remodeling and new look - modern, clean, and tastefully appointed - perfect for a modern-day steakhouse. A word about the service: fantastic! Our server, Gerri, was sensational, as were the hostess and manager, who were attentive to every need we had. My wife and I were there with my long paralegal, celebrating 28 years of a wonderful relationship, and the staff sensed our every need and accommodated us. We will be back more often. And, oh yes, the prime ribeye was excellent and cooked to medium-rare perfection. What a great meal!

    disappointed that tomahawk steak was much smaller than at flemings on las vegas…service was ok
