   Every course was amazing. The squid and beef tartar were perfect. The chef elevated the traditional stuffed haddock to one of the best we’ve ever had. The lamb “special” was perfectly cooked and had a deep, rich reduction that I wished I had kept a piece of bread for. (The fresh bread service was worthy of a “10” as well.) From the time you arrive at the front door, until you leave, this place is a well oiled machine. Our opening martini was perfect …and our server brought a great glass of wine to pair with my meal, all while a constant stream of staff in the background quietly clear and serve courses. There’s a reason this restaurant gets tne recognition it receives… looking forward to another casual dinner in their separate bar area, tucked away from the main dining room.,

   Fantastic place. Cocktails were great, food was delicious, I would recommend the salmon and pork belly. Our dessert was amazing and unique. The rhubarb crème brule’ was fantastic.

   Perfect location for eclectic, locally sourced meals. Arora is an outstanding server, suggesting excellent options. If you are in Portland, Fore Street is a "must visit" location.

   We came here to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful meal! The scallop entree was amazing and we appreciate that they offered buttered noodles for our 7-year-old. They brought out dessert with a candle, which was a nice touch!

    Fore Street is always exceptional. Very delicious food prepared in such unusual but delicious ways. Wait staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with your questions and selections!
