                                    We were very underwhelmed with this restaurant. The food was just OK and rather on the pricey side. We went to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and you would think they would comp the dessert. There are several other Italian restaurants in the area that are much better. We will not return.

                                    We love this place. Food is excellent, a bit pricey but very good. We have had Mario as our waiter a few times and he is always a pleasure We will be back

                                    Food was ok, nothing worth the prices. The vodka pasta dish was very dry, as was the pasta with eggplant. Felt like they were rationing sauce! Lemon chicken was good. We had a birthday at the table - which they ignored. But we tried the profiteroles. The pistachio gelato inside was really good but the cream puff was so hard we could barely cut through it with a knife! They were obviously not made fresh but pulled from a freezer and served stale/cold. For the prices I expected a lot more from them. The original Mia Francesca on Clark is still the best. Probably won't return to this location.

                                    Food was extremely boring. We only liked the protein in each of our dishes. The sauces were runny and flavorless.

                                    It was NYE, and as a result, the service was a bit slow. The atmosphere was festive and loud. The food was amazing!

                                    Although it was NYE, I was disappointed. We were seated close to the front door with cold air coming in constantly. Another party that was seated at our table asked to be moved because of the cold air & were accommodated immediately. Before we were seated at that same table, we asked if we could wait for another table & were told it would be at least one hour because they were overbooked. Within 20 minutes there were several tables available away from the door. Then the person I was seated with had to send their pasta dish back to the kitchen because it was cold. When food was brought back, it was warm, at best. I know it was NYE & they were extremely busy, but nonetheless it could have been better.

                                    We really enjoyed our New Year’s Eve at Francesca‘s in Frankfort. The food is always amazing and the service is always stellar. Mario is the best.It was really decorated beautifully and I just can’t thank you enough for making it a wonderful evening.

                                    I attended to celebrate my birthday. Nothing was done to acknowledge my birthday. Usually, restaurants will offer a dessert for a birthday. This did not happen. I felt that the food was tasty but way over priced in that 2 sides were not a part of the meal. I shared a side dish of pasta to enhance the meal. The busser was nice but I found the waiter to be short. I’m used to servers who are nice.
