                                    The food was very good but the service left a lot to be desired. Our waiter introduced himself and then promptly disappeared (he apparently went home). We asked a female staff member to find our waiter but she did not speak English. When our substitute waiter finally showed up it took him a while to take our orders. My pasta (rigatoni with Vodka sauce) was warm only in the middle…the outer 3 inches were cold. We asked him to split the salad charge equally between the 4 of us, but he refused. And then he incorrectly charged one of the checks. So all in all not a very positive experience and one we will probably not repeat.

                                    My friend and I decided to try a new place for our Christmas lunch and chose Francesca’s based on the reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. The food was disappointing—aside from the complimentary bread, nothing stood out as enjoyable. The waiter was unhelpful and seemed uninterested when we asked about the menu. The food lacked flavor, and the salad was particularly bad—limp, greasy greens that were hard to enjoy. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

                                    Went there with 2 other couples and we had a great table. Round, so that everyone can talk and see each other. Our dinner was delicious, assorted pasta dishes, pork chop and chicken. All were prepared perfectly. Al dente, and flavorful. Good, consistent and a pleasure always.

                                    I loved my experience. The server was incredibly nice & she made it clear that she wanted my husband and I to have a great experience. She certainly lived up to those expectations! The food and drinks were outstanding!

                                    Food was good but nothing to write home about. Our waiter was terrible. It took him 25 minutes to even take our drink order. We ordered a bottle of wine. When it came it was the wrong bottle. Left for another 5 minutes showed us the bottle but then couldn’t get the wax off to open. So he left again with our bottle and came back saying he needed a sharper knife. So waited at least 40 minutes for a drink. Food came right as he was pouring our first glass. Not thought out.

                                    We had a party of 9 with 4 adults and 5 teenagers. The burrata and suasage w/ pepper appetizers were fantastic. The waiter and chef obliged my vegetarian request for a pasta marinara dish with vegetables even though it wasn't on the menu. Most of our group ordered the rigatoni alla vodka w/ sausage. Everyone enjoyed the food and service.

                                    The place was nice, but the service was not great even though they were not busy. Had to askfor more bread and cheese which the waiter should have notice they needed more for the table. Ordered coffee when we sat down and did not get it for a good half hour since they said they had to brew it when we asked for it. Not acceptable.
