                          For our 40th anniversary, we had an amazing dinner. The whole experience from the beginning to the end, the food, the service, the piano player, and the whole experience were perfect.

                          This is the 2nd year coming for Valentine’s Day. The food was AMAZING. What went wrong is once we sat down. It took more than 10 minutes to even see a server. Then once we did order our drinks it took a long time to get them and one of our alcohol beverage was wrong. We hardly seen our server. It was more like we were bothering her and she had more important things to do. And once we told her we had the wrong drink then she asked us what do you think it is that was a very odd question. Didn’t know it was a guessing game. It was wrong. That’s what it was. Yes she did take the drink order price off our bill which was nice and we did stop a manager and told them about our service so I’m not sure if someone talk to Sami B because it seemed like someone did because then our service got much better. The night did get much better. But due to our server we are thinking about next year making valentine reservations somewhere else . What really sucked was we brought our daughter along with us because she has never has been to an elegant restaurant. So we had to explain that servers are usually more tentative and friendlier. So handsome.

                          Once, again, a wonderful meal at Francescos. The bartenders were great and the wait staff was terrific. Our dinners were excellent and the portions were huge. Will continue to recommend Francescos to everyone.

                          The food and service was outstanding. The Prime Rib was so tender. Meant in your mouth. The Rib Eye was so tender and flavorful. Everything was excellent.

                          Great, as always. Ambience is wonderful with the piano, Jared was a fantastic server. Did not feel rushed at all. Food was delicious. Always a wonderful experience at Francesco's, our favorite!

                          It has always been a great dining experience for me to go to Franchesco's because they are consistent in what they provide time after time. I think they are the best fine dining restaurant in Rockford..

                          I made reservations for 2 in the main dining room for our anniversary. We arrived 10min before our reservations to check in. The hostess told us it would be a 20-30 minute wait PAST our reservation time and that the dining room was too full to accommodate our reservation. I specifically made reservations to avoid this problem and was very disappointed that we were going to be pushed into Benny’s for our special occasion. I enjoy Benny’s, but not for a nice anniversary date night.
