The Franklinville Inn continues to delight our Guests with hand cut steaks and seafood with caring service. With emphasis on selecting our ingredients, skillfully prepared. Whether you're part of a larger group or looking forward to an intimate dinner for two, The Franklinville Inn is certain to please. Important notes to our guests: The best time to call and make a reservation for the day or future is Tuesday thru Saturday 3pm to 4:30pm if no availability on OpenTable. The first of every month we open our reservations for the following month for example If June first we start taking reservations for month of July. We offer 3 private dining areas upstairs for parties up to 12 guests. We apologize and do not accept gift cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Lastly, when you make a reservation we reply with a link for the opentable app. Please download it because its best to communicate with changes, times, confirmations and cancelations. Thank you

    My friends and I arrived an hour early so we can have a few cocktails at the bar before dinner. The martinis were absolutely amazing! Our server came promptly at our reservation time and let us to our table upstairs, which was a quiet, nice setting! Our server was very attentive and the food was delicious! A+++

    The Franklinville Inn is our favorite restaurant! We love it. The food is superb, the service is very good, and the atmosphere is great. The Inn has the best Caesar salad I have ever had with the best croutons. Steaks are so flavorful, crab cakes are amazing, and the stuffed potatoes and mashed sweet potatoes are to die for!! Top it off with the best desserts made in-house. I highly recommend the Franklinville Inn!

    We had an amazing dinner last night. Our server, Slava, was excellent! I had chicken piccata with crab meat. The best chicken piccata I have ever had. The house salad with Italian dressing was delicious. For a side, I had the stuffed potato. My husband ordered the stuffed shrimp, which was two shrimp with a ton of crab on it (Kind of like a crab cake on top). He ordered the baked potato with all the toppings as a side and it was huge! We brought home leftovers! The bread was warm and crusty! Can’t wait to go back!

    Always a wonderful experience. It was my husbands birthday and they made sure to acknowledge it many times. Food, drinks and especially service is always on point!

    We have never had an issue here before until last night. We don’t eat out often but when we do Franklinville Inn is one of our favorite places to go. Maybe it was just an off night. Our reservations were for 7:30 and we were taken to our seats quickly however our waitress never came to take our order until a few minutes after 8. I ordered my filet medium and it came RARE. Not even medium rare. It was deep purple and brimming with blood. The iced tea I got was like nothing I have ever tasted, I would equate it to drinking maple syrup with ice. I had to use an entire lemon on one glass. On top of it all it was FREEZING. We were in the down stairs room to the right with the fireplace but it literally felt like the AC was blasting. It was about 33° and crazy windy out last night and I know the building is old so maybe it was just drafts blowing in but I had to keep my jacket on our entire stay. I took my filet home and recooked it on the stove top with some butter and it was delicious at least.

    The table ordered 4 steaks all 4 came out the wrong temperature. We were very clear on how we like the steaks cooked. The service was good. I was aware of the prices before I went. I don’t mind paying but I feel like it was an over priced experience.

    Delicious prime rib and crab cakes.Everything from start to finish was exceptional! Rebecca our server answered all questions about the menu, kept our drinks full, and with the large portion sizes, boxed our leftovers. Though we no longer reside in the area, we make Franklinville Inn a stop when we visit. Highly recommend..
