My $56 petite filet was room temperature, and cooked Well, though I ordered medium well. Vegetables with hubby's salmon were minimal. Salad was good value. We were super surprised to see a "service charge"(3%)added to the bill with no warning. Not noted on the menu. Manager said there was a sign posted at the front of the restaurant, but we asked the hostess and there was no such sign. I asked where the service fee goes and the manager said "to Corporate". Will not go back.

We had a great meal at Fred and Steve’s Steakhouse yesterday. The food and service were excellent. The lamb chops, prime rib and New York Strip were awesome. I would highly recommend Fred and Steve’s to anyone at Bally ‘s Twin River Casino.

Went there Saturday evening with reservations. Arrived 15 mins early to a hostess that was not very welcoming. Was asked if we wanted to sit at high table in bar as we were early. Mentioned that we would wait for our table. Hostess said I can sit you at a table and not a booth, it was ok with us. Was seated and given menus. Waiter came over almost immediately with water and mentioned specials. We asked for a few mins to decide on cocktails and meals. 10 mins later hostess came back and asked if we still needed our menus. We gave them to her, leaving us with nothing on the table. That must have thrown off the waiter as it took another 15 mins for waiter to take order. Drinks were not great wife sent her cocktail back as it was not what was ordered. Food was edible but not as ordered. Experience was not like we remember. Will pass on this next time.
