Gaucho is heating things up in the mountains! Gauchos are the cowboys of South America – a national symbol of pride and tradition. The residents of Rio Grande do Sul, a Brazilian state, are affectionately referred to as “Gauchos”. This state, renowned for its unique churrasco barbecue, is the birthplace of Chef Edmilson Rodrigues.

Warm up after a day outdoors with authentic Churrasco - Brazilian barbecue, or indulge anytime in the bold tastes, flavours and fun of Rodizio -all-you-care-to-enjoy dining. Our barbecue chefs will bring perfectly roasted meats directly to your table on massive Gaucho-style skewers, each with a tender selection of cuts of the day. What a unique and fantastic experience! The food was incredible, the servers and host were very friendly, ambiance was wonderful. Perfect place for a special date night.

Excellent experience last night! The food was delicious. All meat offerings were flavourful and cooked beautifully. We like our beef rare and did not expect it to be offered that way but there was ample opportunity to enjoy beef cooked to everyone’s preference. The sides were also delicious especially the mashed potatoes and Açai slaw. Our server, Alex was friendly and great at providing just the right amount of attention to our table. The value, especially at today’s food prices was excellent as meat and side choices were unlimited within the two hour dining period. We were too full for dessert but enjoyed the grilled pineapple to finish the meal. Would highly recommend this restaurant for people who enjoy the chance to taste a variety of flavourful meat -fourteen offerings in all.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Gaucho. The staff were incredibly family and truly do treat you like ‘family.’ The food was delicious, it was fun to try so many different dishes. Would highly recommend eating here.

The food was decent, but most of the meat was bland. It was not worth the high price of the meal. Drink costs were also excessive with no pop refills available.

It was special occasion for our family and everyone had great time. However for seniors who does not have great appetite, we would like to see some choice for the price range. Just like Lunch time. When they open, we remember the salad bar had seafood. We felt the salad bar's quality has been reduced.

Awesome dinner, great service very nice place. Was not busy or noisy at all when we came and we had a great dinner and fun time!
