Gaucho is heating things up in the mountains! Gauchos are the cowboys of South America – a national symbol of pride and tradition. The residents of Rio Grande do Sul, a Brazilian state, are affectionately referred to as “Gauchos”. This state, renowned for its unique churrasco barbecue, is the birthplace of Chef Edmilson Rodrigues.

Warm up after a day outdoors with authentic Churrasco - Brazilian barbecue, or indulge anytime in the bold tastes, flavours and fun of Rodizio -all-you-care-to-enjoy dining. The food was tasty and flavourful. However, many of the meat dishes were over-salted, a tactic some all-you-can -eat restaurants employ, so that you fill up on liquids instead. It is too bad, since many of the flavours were amazing! The staff and prompt service was fantastic, this was it's saving grace.

Dinner ... Meats were tasty, nicely seasoned, cooked just right, and came to the table still hot; Excellent service by Hanna; Resonable prices. Clean environment; Lots of space between tables.

Food was great when we got it. Service was very slow and ok at best. Waited a very long time for sides and drinks, over 30 mins.

Meat is cooked rare, so don’t go if you don’t like that, also quite fatty. Service is slow. Some of our sides didn’t come that we ordered. It was better when they had a salad buffet. Quite pricey as well for what you get.
