Get rid of the photographer. He was super sweet but it’s really scammy having this. Food was good, I did have the wrong item brought out to me so I had to wait for the correct one. Waitress was sweet and apologetic about it. Dining room is really nice and open. We had a wonderful view of the water. I did order an old fashioned and it was almost as much as my entree, which is kind of insane, but at least it was tasty.

We went to Long Beach to meet friends that were on a coastal cruise and had stopped in San Pedro. Everything was great. The only thing for us was that the prices were pretty high for a lunch menu. I understand that prices are generally high everywhere for most items. Like it is said….. Location, location, location. That said, if I were in the area I would go there again.

First off we were notified that our Amex card number was stolen after eating at this restaurant. We are not accusing Gladstone’s, however the was only used to purchase aquarium tickets at the aquarium and at Gladstones prior to the card being compromised (Amex notified us the next day and cancelled that card, however, this was at the start of our weeklong vacation.) The macadamia nut crusted fish had no flavor. The fish seemed fresh, but again no flavor. Our dinner guests loved the Poke Nachos and the ribs. We were seated outside and the ambiance was perfect.

We were seated promptly in this adorable restaurant. The servers were lovely and treated us very well. I had Caesar salad, which was pretty good. I also had the crabcake appetizer, which was below average and something I would not recommend. My friends enjoyed the salmon and the Aji tuna and the lobster mac & cheese. We had our photo taken and the photographer did such a nice job that we actually bought the pictures. It was a really nice memorable meal and I would go there again.

Me and my family wanted to have a nice fish dinner and when I asked them , they all responded with Gladstone. Service was fantastic and the food was outstanding.

Gladstone's used to be the place to go for fish, but I cannot say it still is. The food was not good, below mediocre, and very expensive. No complaint on service and very touristy location, but wish the food was worth what we paid for it.
