Glen-Ella Springs Inn Restaurant is open to the public and inn guests beginning at 5:30 pm Tuesday through Saturday April through December, and Wednesday through Saturday January through March. Calling ahead is recommended as some additional nights are closed in the winter. Offering one of the finest dining experiences in the North Georgia mountains, the restaurant prepares American Continental cuisine with a Southern flare. The setting is rustic, yet elegant and features fireside and outdoor dining depending on the season. Outdoor seating is limited; please call to request an outdoor table.

    A private dining room is available in the inn's restaurant which will accommodate up to 35 people. For larger groups, 35 to 140 people, we offer our spacious outdoor open air pavilion. The pavilion has drop down clear view panels as well as heaters for use during winter months. Dozens of menu offerings are available for larger groups providing the ability to create a personalized menu for your group. Facility fee or minimum food charges may be applicable.

                                    We had a table for 4 and all 4 of us said the food was outstanding. 2 of us had the trout, one the lamb, and one the chicken. We also enjoyed the crab cakes appetizer- it is always exceptional. The ambiance is elegant but comfortable with lots of charm being in a resort that was built in the 1870’s. The wood and windows are original making it a historic and cozy dining experience. It is our favorite dining experience in the area.

                                    My wife and I stayed at the B&B for a couple of days around Valentine's and had dinner one evening. We had reservations and were seated shortly after our reservation time. We were seated at a nice, quiet table for 2 in a corner by a window. The room was like a lovely, rustic lodge with fireplace and the settings were white tablecloth. Our server was friendly and attentive. We each started with their soup of the day, which was she crab, and it was delicious. I ordered the trout entree and my wife ordered the salmon. Both were perfectly cooked as well as the sides. We shared a cheese cake dessert that did not disappoint. It was a lovely experience.

                                    Always a delight to go to Glen Ella Springs! My hat is off to the chef. The foods surpasses all expectations. We had the she crab soup and the baked Brie before we had the best lamb in my life! There was a sweet potato mash and roasted Brussel sprouts with it. The wine was paired perfectly! What a perfect way to bring in the new year! Thank you!!!!!!!

                                    One of my best overall dining experiences, ever, and I'm 70! Our party of 8 thoroughly enjoyed the occasion, and though we weren't obnoxious, we were the loudest party there. The service we received from the moment we walked in was warm and inviting. My wife has gluten and corn allergies, and the chef was most accommodating. If you find yourself anywhere near the Glen-Ella Springs Restaurant, you must give them a try.

                                    The Chef did a great job in creating a vegetarian dish for my wife and Bonnie was very attentive but not overly so in waiting on us. Another great dinner at Glen Ella.

                                    Eating at The Glen Ella Springs restaurant provides a top notch dining experience. We have eaten there several times and are always amazed at how delicious the food is. The Chef is outstanding and every bite is mouth watering. It is a culinary delight not to be missed.

                                    Wonderful French onion soup! Crusted chicken also very good. Beef tenderloin done to perfection but served with a baked muffin like risotto? Not a fan of that
