                                                                                                                We’ve eaten here many times and always enjoyed it. Last night was an exception. Our food tasted as if it was day old. I had the eggplant Parmesan and it was definitely not fresh. Dry and almost burnt. Very disappointing. I did not send it back as I do not like to do this when I go out to eat. Additionally, we did order a dessert that was overpriced and when the dessert arrived at the table, it was the smallest slice of Italian cake I’ve ever seen in my life. In fact, I didn’t know you could slice cake this small… And again it was quite expensive. I’m tempted to call the restaurant and share my experience with the manager… I will give this a little more thought as I do not like to come off rude however, again the meal last night was not up to par. It’ll be a while before we returned. Time for a new Italian restaurant in Saint Petersburg.

                                                                                                                The food was amazing and the service was excellent. They were very attentive and were great with my allergy concerns. I had the chicken Parmesan and my mom had the goat cheese baked ziti, both great! The crème brûlée and lemon cake for dessert deserve their own 5 stars.

                                                                                                                I had the sea bass delicious. My husband had the veal parmagiam which was dry and over breaded. It was disappointing because that is the one dish he looks forward to at Gratzzi.

                                                                                                                We’re always welcomed like family by Stephen, our favorite server at Gratzzi, which just happens to be our favorite Italian restaurant in St Petersburg. His attentive but never intrusive service combined with his genuine enthusiasm are exceptional! He is a true asset to the waitstaff at this downtown gem!

                                                                                                                Food was good. My experience was bad. Only saw my waitress twice the whole time. I asked for my bill when we got our food cause I knew I wouldn’t see her for awhile. And she never came back with the bill. After 15 minutes. I got up and went to the registers and a different waiter helped me pay. After I left and was across the block, an employee flagged me down cause our waitress thought I dashed. Good place, bad waitress
