                                                                                                                Gratzzi has gotten too pricey for the service, quality and presentation of the food. The service was a tad lower than usual, but we figured it was because the server had already added his tip since we had a party of six. We won't be back for a while...

                                                                                                                Excellent overall. Great service. Attentive, but not smothering. Great food. The pasta stuzzichino was a nice way to start the meal. Easy to talk, the noise level wasn't too high, but nice vibe and energy. Great time overall. We will be back.

                                                                                                                We are so glad we chose to try out Gratzzi Grille before seeing a show at the Mahaffey Theater! The service, from the moment we walked in the door, was impeccable, warm and welcoming! The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Banda Bing, not realizing it came with a table side service, which was so fun to watch! We definitely want to bring family and friends back to share our experience!

                                                                                                                Gratzzi's does not disappoint. The food was excellent, as always. Ariane, our server, was exceptional. She reads the table and the personalities so well and interacts accordingly. We were there to celebrate a birthday, and she did all the right things. A fantastic experience !!

                                                                                                                Went to Gratzzi for birthday dinner with high expectations. Tom was our waiter and he was fantastic. The drinks were very good. I had spaghetti and sausage. It was surprisingly very bland and the sausage was almost burnt. 4 out of 10. The rest of the table (3 people) acknowledged their dinners were average. There was no mention of our friends birthday which didn’t play into this review. This is a one and done for me. There are some fantastic Italian restaurants out there but unfortunately this is not one of them. I hate to give bad reviews but perhaps this will help the restaurant to improve.
