                                                                        Food was not great - especially for the price. Service was lackluster. Waitress was very nice but gave us the wrong menu - rather than tell us and ask us to reselect an option based on the correct menu, she simply chose a similar dish for one of us. A dish we never would have chosen. When told about the mistake she didn’t offer to get us something else. She did end up comping us the entree but we did not enjoy it. Food felt like conference center food.

                                                                        Food and wine selection were excellent. Lunch menu available all day. Manager was superb. w reseated us to a table away from a large party giving us more space and privacy.

                                                                        We came on Valentine's Day. Restaurant Seemed short staffed. My food came before my husbands. We did get complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and the wine pours were big, which was nice. We weren't in a hurry but did notice some other customers frustrated with service. We didn't care so much and the food was excellent

                                                                        Love the decor, ambiance, low lighting, huge booth my husband and I shared, and the waiter was very nice. Plus, the food was so delicious! Been coming here for years and have always enjoyed the experience.

                                                                        Had a family dinner during the holidays at Gretchen's in the Sun Valley Resort hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the great food and service. It may have been the best overall meal we had during the entire trip. The staff was also incredibly detail-oriented and attentive, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
