We love the music in the bar area but it was a little too loud. Rachael is the best server!!!!!

Lovely! Food, service all wonderful! Salmon and Elk very tasty. Pear panecotta was exceptional!!

Used to be one of my favorites, was a little disappointed this time. Server was great but food was not up to par. Duck was a small sliver of duck breast, really small portion. Husband had the black cod some pieces were great other pieces were inedible. Port flight was a great way to end the meal though.

Wonderful cuisine and craft cocktails. The wine list is also very well done. The beverage program here is A+ and GMG also offers non-alcoholic beverages that are fantastic. Our server, Robert, was as good as it gets in terms of professional waitstaff. He knew the intricacies of the menu and had exceptional knowledge of the wine list. Professional, expert service can elevate a dining experience and that was the case here. I wish that happened more often! Stunning views of Beaver Creek Village dominate the scene in this well thought out dining room. Very comfortable setting with low restaurant noise(something that matters to our family). The food was spectacular! Calamari appetizer was delicious and we ordered, and shared, three different entrees from the menu. Lobster bolognese was amazing and my wife stated it was the best osso bucco she had ever had. Simply could not have been a better dining experience. The owner, Dan, even came over as we finished up to wish us a fond farewell and to thank us for coming in. A++

Grouse Mountain Grill remains the standard in fine dining in Beaver Creek. We have been enjoying for more than 10 years and it’s always the best! From the food preparations and variety to the “off menu” options, along with extensive wine/spirits list, it’s a tough place to beat! Our service was impeccable as usual; it’s always nice to see familiar faces. Thanks for another wonderful evening.

An outstanding dining evening. Our waiter was absolutely outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable about the entire menu and specials of the day. The lobster appetizer was amazing. I had the elk special which was absolutely outstanding. We will definitely return soon.
