   The meal was absolutely delicious. It was a great alternative to the usual contemporary American Cuisine. Our server was attentive and answered all of our questions. The atmosphere is beautiful and our table was ready on time for our reservation. We only had one chance during our trip to KC for dinner without our young children and I'm so happy that we chose Grunauer.

   What an experience, I cannot express how amazing this place is. You can’t beat the prices, incredible authentic Austrian food. Highly recommended!

   It was a general wonderful evening. From first walking in, right through to walking out with very fully tummies! Everything and everyone was very lovely!

   Server was outstanding, he went through the menu and explained everything. All 5 of us loved our selection. schnitzel (regular pork and also the stuffed one) braised pork shoulder, spatzle, and apple streusel were all delicious, as well as the bread selection. I got the vegetarian option with butternut squash and Brussels sprouts with a pork schnitzel on top and it was so good. They also have a huge beer selection. can’t wait to go again. Highly recommend !

    Great schnitzel, potato salad and spaetzle. Not a fan of the red cabbage but everything else was great!
