                              Vanessa was (and is always) incredible. We both chose the Chef Tasting for 2 (both received separate choices) plus the wine pairing. Everything was perfect! My mother from Florida asked if you would move there and open the same restaurant! :)

                              When I have out of town guests, Guiso is top on my list of restaurants… the food is exceptional and the friendly service is genuine and welcoming.

                              You just can't go wrong by having a meal at Guiso's - it may be a small restaurant but it makes up for it with BIG DELICIOUS FLAVORS and Menu Choices. Their Paella is to die for, everything on their Menu is to die for (I would use a different word than die, but nothing comes to mind) Another favorite on their menu is the "After Church Burger" - I implore you to try this restaurant if you haven't already and write your own review about what an Amazing Chef Carlos is!!!!

                              As always, Guiso exceeded any expectations. What a delightful restaurant. Excellent food. No. Spectacular food. Spectacular, warm and personal attention. Everything about our evening there was perfect. Don’t miss the paella!!

                              It's always amazing. We both had the tasting menu and different plates and enjoyed every bite. It's very creative, has exceptional flavors, and is a great experience.

                              The food was fantastic! We came at the busiest time so the food was slow in arriving. That said, I will definitely go back for an early or late reservation.
