This was our third experience and it was fantastic as usual. Meal was amazing! Steaks were done perfectly. Our server was knowledgeable and very personable. Thank you for helping us to celebrate two birthdays!

This was our first time at The Chophouse. To sum up our experience in a few words, I got choked up three times within the first 15 minutes of being there. My husband and I are in our 50's and live locally and I can't believe it took us this long to go to The Chophouse. We sat at the bar and had a wonderful bartender. The drinks were spectacular. I ordered their signature Cosmo and my husband had an old fashioned. They were delicious. Our appetizer was swedish meatballs. I'm not a huge fan of swedish meatballs but these were truly the best I have easten. Every bite was amazing. Our meals were both steaks and were mouthwatering. For dessert we had the butter cake and also the cheesecake. We ate every morsel on our plates. The portions were perfect. We even both took half of our steak home. I must mention the ambiance. The piano player was absolutely wonderful. It was as if we were meant to be there when we were. I sing karaoke to one song and it's You're So Vain. Ironically that was his second song he played. Very obscure and ironic but made our listening experience even better. We go out to eat at least once a week and we have officially named The Chophouse the best restaurant we have gone to in New Hampshire. I have read reviews and after our experience, I was shocked at negative reviews I have read. The negative reviews were obviously written by people that are difficult to please. I have already stated this but since I eat out at different restaurants at least 50+ times a year, I would consider myself to be experienced in eating out. Chophouse, you have two new huge fans who plan on coming back in 2025. From start to finish, thank you for the best dinner we have had in at least 5 years!!

Came here for NYE dinner. We had the french onion soup for appetizer, it was delicious! We also each had a 8oz filet, one with truffle butter addition, it was so tender you could cut it with a fork. David, our waiter was attentive and outstanding!

This is a place I always enjoy going for something special. Birthday, celebration, or the last visit for NYE. We had the meatballs, salad and soup, steaks, cocktails (mocktail for me)… all deliciously perfect. Recommend using their valet parking as well.

Had the filet and a baked potato. Filet cooked as ordered perfectly and a HUGE baked potato with mixed veggies. Service with David our waiter was Five Star as always. Own a restaurant, opening one or work at one. Go to Hanover St Chop House and learn how it’s done..right.!!!!!

For first time diners, they have valet parking, and will take your coat if you wish. Our server was superb, knew his stuff, and had an amazing personality. And the food… Second to none, cooked perfectly. We’ll definitely be back.
