                                                                                    If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Went there for the first time last night and it was amazing! From the valets to the wait staff, the service was impeccable! They really go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. The valet even allowed us to keep our cars there while we went to a show at the Palace theater after dinner, and was kind enough to put my leftovers in the car for me before we left for the show. The food was perfection! The filet melted in my mouth like butter. And, unlike a lot of higher end steak houses, the sides are included. And the prices are far more reasonable than I expected. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be be back!

                                                                                    We went there for the steaks (filet actually) and they were absolutely great as always. But I was really impressed by the sides. The bacon mashed potatoes were like none other, and the veggies were the best I've had. A little pricy but worth it. Plus David was the best server anywhere. A perfectly enjoyable evening.

                                                                                    I've visited several times and Hanover Street Chophouse is typically excellent. However, when I visited last night it was subpar. The steaks were overcooked and the cost of the bourbon has nearly doubled.

                                                                                    Overall our experience was very good. The food and ambiance were excellent. The steaks and sides were all cooked to perfection. We were disappointed with the fact that the piano player only works every other Friday night and this happened to be his off week. We were hoping to see a piano player every weekend night this time of year. Our server was just OK. She was not very personable, attentive and engaging like our previous servers all have been in the past. Maybe it was just an off night for her. Overall our experience was very good but it usually has always been excellent.

                                                                                    Many thanks to the hostess (for accommodating our table request) and our server, Andrew, for making our special occasion dinner truly one to remember. The food was excellent with every bite surpassing expectations. The sauces were full of flavor and every dish was perfectly seasoned and well executed. The restaurant was nicely appointed with holiday decor and valet parking made for an stress-free evening.
