Purtroppo le ribs non avevano la solita qualità degli altri Hard Rock ma soprattutto sono arrivate già quasi fredde. E anche le patate fritte sapevano troppo di olio.

Come sempre, Hard Rock è una bella esperienza. Cameriere cortesi e sempre sorridenti, musica e video di ottima qualità e cibo sempre buono, in particolare, oltre ai famosi Burger, a me piacciono moltissimo le Baby Black Ribs.In più, per il locale di Miami, la location è fantastica, all’interno di Bayside.

I love the double door open receptionist. Upon arrival, they inquired about food allergies. The music and atmosphere were great. The manager came around to check on us. They surprised me with a birthday ice cream sundae. They also gave me a Hard Rock drawstring bag for making an Open Table reservation. Thank you for a fabulous experience!!

I made a reservation to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday with high expectations since the restaurant is very well-known and famous for its great atmosphere. However, the waitress was the complete opposite. She was in a rush the whole time, trying to get us to leave quickly. She wanted to take our plates away before we had even finished eating and insisted that we take our drinks to go, not allowing us to enjoy the experience of the place or this special day, as it was my girlfriend’s birthday. Additionally, she brought the bill without asking if we wanted anything else. Clearly, we were planning to share a dessert, but she just brought the check. The service was terrible. You don’t get to enjoy an experience; they serve you so you eat and leave quickly. They don’t let you truly enjoy the Hard Rock experience. Honestly, it was very disappointing because the place is so highly recognized worldwide.

This location probably needs to close. The only saving grace was our server who was one of the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, she couldn’t control the horrible kitchen

We had great service, from the host to the server and the rest of the staff. Food was good. My kids are picky eaters and enjoyed the Messi chicken burger very much. We also had the loaded tater tots, the like crema is really good.
