Come sempre, Hard Rock è una bella esperienza. Cameriere cortesi e sempre sorridenti, musica e video di ottima qualità e cibo sempre buono, in particolare, oltre ai famosi Burger, a me piacciono moltissimo le Baby Black Ribs.In più, per il locale di Miami, la location è fantastica, all’interno di Bayside.

Elijah was my server and was knowledgeable, professional, easy going and fun. I appreciated his service with my lunch today. I had the Steak Frites 3 course Holiday special with Caramel Apple Cheesecake and Ceaser Salad. All was very good.

Wonderful dishes were served. We came in a bit late for our reservation but they still sat us. The food came out quickly and may I say the food was good. Our server PJ took good care of us. We will be back!

Yes the building we are located in used to be reflections on the bay back in the 80's and it was a hang out for the cast and crew of the original Miami Vice. Not that busy but got the feeling that they wanted us in and out asap and felt really rushed, had starters and mains arrived before we finished, drinks served and just plonked on the table one was left right on the edge of the table. Have eaten at many Hard Rock Cafe all over the world and this is the worst by far, food was good, not great but the service was really not very good at all, I would not go back here again which is a shame as hard rock is as much an experience.

We went here for our final meal of our 2 1/2 week holiday to Orlando/miami as a last treat. Got sat down, drinks & food order taken. It then took over an hour to receive food, apparently a mix up of order & another table got our food! When it finally came out, only 3 of the 4 meals were given to us, the 4 th meal took another 15 mins to arrive but it was just a bowl of chips! The manager came out & apologised. 10 mins later steak arrived! Awful service. TBF the manager only billed us for 1 round of drinks. We would not dine here again. Due to the wait we had to pay $30 car park as we went over the time. The Coca Cola drink was mostly ice. The only good thing was the view of Miami city from our table.
