   1st visit to a Hard Rock Cafe & it was amazing & memorable! Fantastic food , energetic atmosphere & phenomenal service! Our waitress was Danielle & she was awesome!! Only suggestion would be that the gift shop employees could be more attentive to the customers. Thank u for the incredible service, we will definitely return next trip to St. Louis! The online reservation helped a great deal too!

   This Hard Rock Cafe was a disappointment. It is nothing like the other Hard Rock Cafes (Chicago, NY). It is small with not much music memorabilia. Also, they had the music videos on, but they played only a few videos and then it went on repeat. Should be able to eat one meal without seeing the same set of videos play through a second time. Our food was fine, but if you're looking for the "Hard Rock Cafe" vibe, I would skip this location.

   The app worked great!!! The host totally skipped over our reservation this 15 minute wait after our reservation time. Would recommend better focus on that part. Food was great!!!!

   needs more videos were there a while drinking they started repeating but the rest was great food and fun

   Food was overpriced for the quality we received. Fajitias came with brown guacamole and brown lettuce. Ordered a drink and bartender was not at station and never made it. Would only eat here again if that was the only option we had!

    They did not have our reservation! They did seat us! The food was cold and it took a long time to get served. It was not a good experience for our family of 5.
