It is a very nice and classy place, it's a shame the waiter made a mistake with one of the orders. The food was average and not reasonable for the price.e

Steak was overdone and chewy. Ordered medium rare and came out medium-medium well. Service was good.

Awesome food. Everything tasted perfect for everyone at the table. The service was a little on the slow side considering that we only had 5 tables with customers, but the staff was very kind! Will come back. If not here at another location

I put that it was my husband‘s birthday on the reservation and reminded the hostess that it was his birthday. Nothing was ever done or said, and the service was mediocre. The food was good, but the experience was just average at best.

This was the first time I've visited this particular location and I was extremely disappointed. We had a 7 pm reservation ahead of an event in Rosemont. We arrived 15 minutes early and were seated immediately, however, after 40 minutes, no server had come to our table to introduce themselves, take a drink order, etc. We had to ask 2 separate bussers if they knew who our waiter was, and then another waiter if they could get our server. When our waiter finally came to our table, there was no apology, no nothing. The whole experience was a big let down and I will not be returning to this location in the future.

Wonderful staff— attentive and friendly. Food was very good. Ordered the filet rare and they actually prepared it perfectly—little char on the outside but rare throughout—excellent flavor. We were next to a table of 8 so it wasn’t as quiet as expected but understandable.

Disappointed. Paid lots of money for less than average service. Waiter did no smile once. Did not make us feel welcome. Gave us the standard ‘we are known for steaks’, without further detail. Slow service to make things worse. This was a milestone birthday present for my sister, among other things. The waiter Did not mention it, as a welcome note, even though I put it as a request/note in the reservation. In fact, my sister traveled from out of state to meet me there. What a disappointment. The hostess was nice. The other service staff that helped our table were very nice. The main waiter, I’d fire him (I have an HR background in the retail sector). Won’t recommend it. Felt like Chili’s on steroids. No thank you.
